The different digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats greatly affects the rate of fat burning and eventually your body weight.
Carbohydrates cause a hard fat burning, which causes you to come a lot.
While fats and proteins just stimulate fat burning, so you easily lose weight.

Examples of carbohydrates are sugar, cereals, starch, lactose and alcohol. All carbohydrates are converted into single sugars (monosaccharides: glucose and fructose ).
Intake of glucose in your blood causes your insulin level to rise. Due to the high insulin level, the enzyme that can burn body fat (Hormone-Sensitive Lipase, HSL) is blocked.

One more comment on proteins. Proteins stimulate growth in your body, but growth means aging. Several studies have shown that too many proteins shorten the life span. Proteins are incredibly healthy and you really need them, but do not eat them too much.

Tip 1: Boil yourself. By this I mean "prepare your food yourself" because of course you do not always have to cook your food. By preparing your own food you are in control of yourself. This means that you can also make sauces the best.
If you decide to go out for dinner, make sure you have a healthy meal at home. Once in the restaurant you can eat a salad (without sauce) for the cosiness.
Take a home-cooked lunch to work as well, because unfortunately most business editions are still focused on bread or other carbohydrates.

What you can do to keep this hungry feeling is a raw snack. By this I mean: food that is not cooked, baked or processed. Carrots, green celery, nuts or a piece of fruit are examples of ideal snacks.
Tip 5: Weigh you once a week. Many people who are losing weight, weigh themselves every day. These people often do not know that facets like weather, movement, time of day, time of month, and many other aspects influence your weight.
It may happen that you have lost 1.2kg from one to the other day. But it may also happen that you have suddenly reached 0.5 kilo. In the latter case, people often get very emotional and are more likely to eat something unhealthy that day (because "it does not work").
If you weigh week by week, you will see that you lose between 1.0 and 2.5 kilos each week. Do not worry if this is not the case for a week. Just keep healthy and you will burn all your excess body fat.
