  • Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring, or until it's soft.
  • Add the garlic and cook for another minute until it is golden brown.
  • Add the coconut milk and heat it until it starts to boil.
  • Turn the pit to a low fire and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Add the pumpkin paste, vegetables and a cup of water.
  • Let the pan stand on the fire and add extra salt and pepper to taste.
  • When the cauliflower is cooked, pour the soup into serving bowl and add the cauliflower to the middle of each bowl.
